- Cut the bread in round shape with the help of a steel bowl or glass.
- Take 100 gm of mawa and mix little milk (in batch) and make a soft dough like cosistency. Add 1/2 tsp sugar in it and mix. Add saffron powder and mix.
- In another bowl take 25 gm of mawa and mix 5-6 tsp milk and mix very well. It should be little liquid consistency. Add 1 tsp of rose water in it and mix it well.
- Heat 4-5 tbsp of ghee and fry the bread pcs from both the sides until it become little firm. Do not fry more than 1/2 min and maintain the heat low medium. Take out into absorbent paper.
- Take a pc of fried bread and spread sugar syrup on both the sides. Repeat the same for another pc of bread.
Spread liquid mawa over one side of both the bread.
Spread 2 tsp mawa mixture (dough like) over one pc of bread and put another bread over it to make a sandwich.
Spread 1/2 tsp of mawa on top layer of bread. - Spread little sugar syru and khus syrup over it.
Put some vark over the malpua.
Garnish with some almond chips and serve.
