Rendang Daging Noxxa Recipe

To make rendang daging noxxa, you will need the following ingredients:- 1 kg of beef, cut into small chunks
- 2 cans of coconut milk
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised
- 6 kaffir lime leaves
- 5 dried chili peppers
- 5 shallots, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 cm of ginger, chopped
- 3 cm of galangal, chopped
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions
Follow these steps to make rendang daging noxxa:- Blend the dried chili peppers, shallots, garlic, ginger, and galangal into a paste.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the Noxxa pressure cooker over medium heat.
- Add the spice paste and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and stir fry until browned on all sides.
- Add the coconut milk, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and sugar.
- Close the Noxxa pressure cooker and set it to cook for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, release the pressure and open the Noxxa pressure cooker.
- Stir the rendang and cook for another 10-15 minutes over low heat until the sauce has thickened and the beef is tender.
- Remove the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves before serving.
